Tommy lives in Ladera Ranch, CA and is a trusted guide and mental performance coach to NFL, XFL, NCAA, and high school athletes. His passion is to help athletes and business executives find their purpose so that they can pursue their goals and dreams with greater vision and meaning. Tommy started his Marriage and Family Therapist career before launching his own company, Activate Culture, to help business leaders and teams lead more effectively through leadership development. In 2019, he co-founded Tell Me Your Dreams, helping businesses increase company engagement through various programs, including their flagship program that helped employees identify and achieve a dream while working for their company. Tommy has been a trusted keynote speaker at conferences, workshops, parenting groups, churches, and schools. 

            Tommy is married to Kendall, and they have 3 children- Judah, Cruz, and Shiloh. When they aren’t coaching or cheering on their children in their athletic endeavors and passions you can find them enjoying the outdoors and eating at new restaurants around the area. Together they have served as elders at their church since 2014.
